Our work in this area focuses on supporting individuals and communities to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive – whether that’s through literacy support, language training, certified courses, or targeted educational supports for children and families.
We work closely with local schools, community groups, and volunteers to ensure our programmes are welcoming, accessible, and tailored to the real needs of our local area. From helping adults, migrants and people with a disability improve their employability to supporting children’s learning and social development, our goal is to open up pathways to education and create better outcomes for everyone we work with.
English Language
Free conversational English classes for people from new communities through our Fáilte Isteach project.
Upskilling
Training courses to gain industry-recognised relevant skills to enable locals to progress in to new careers
Training for Work
Half-day/full-day workshops in key employment skills, enabling participants to enter the workforce with basic accreditations.
