Our IMPACT WorkAbility Inclusive Pathways to Employment programme uses a person-centred approach to support jobseekers with a disability to secure suitable paid employment, advance their careers or become self-employed
Supports for People with a Disability
If you are a person with a disability living in the Bray or North Wicklow area, our IMPACT WorkAbility Inclusive Pathways to Employment programme can support you to achieve sustainable employment, become self-employed or progress in your career.
We offer:
Person-centred supports such as CV creation and interview skills
Information on in-work supports available
Identifying suitable education and training options
In-house and external training to increase your employment opportunities
Work experience and work placements
Support to advance your career and improve your employment prospects
Advice and guidance if you want to start your own business
Eligibility
- Over 16 years of age
- Diagnosed or identify as having a disability
- Have an employment goal and want to improve your employment skills
- Living in the Bray or North Wicklow areas
- Ability to travel and attend work independently.





IMPACT WorkAbility Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme is led by Bray & North Wicklow Area Partnership (BNWAP) with input from a consortium of local organisations. The programme is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the Employment, Inclusion, Skills and Training Programme (EIST) 2021-2027 and the Department of Social Protection (DSP) and is administered by Pobal.
The aims are to increase labour market participation, employment skills and employability of people with disabilities, opportunities for career progression, and the number of employers with good practice and supportive workplaces for people with disabilities.
The Programme consortium members are: BNWAP; Bray Community Enterprise; Cairdeas Clubhouse; Kildare & Wicklow ETB; Lakers Social and Recreational Club; National Learning Network Wicklow; RehabCare Wicklow and St. Margaret’s IASD.

- Provide you with trained individuals suitable for employment
- Support you to promote an accessible, supportive workplace
Inclusive Employers Events
We hold regular informative Inclusive Employers events locally, offering practical support for anyone seeking to create a more inclusive workplace in order to expand local employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Our most recent event included a keynote address from a representative of Employers for Change, contributions from both employers and individuals in supported employment, and guidance on financial supports such as the Wage Subsidy Scheme.
